Topping Scholars & Fellows

The Norman Topping Student Aid Fund (NTSAF) provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Southern California to partially defray tuition and other related educational costs.  The scholarship is renewable every year, provided the student attends all of the mandatory NTSAF events along with maintaining a predetermined grade point average and full-time enrollment. 

The Exceptional Funding (EF) Program is a unique aspect of the NTSAF.  The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to Topping Scholars & Fellows as they advance in their chosen field of study.  The EF program encourages students to take full advantage of university-sponsored opportunities to enhance their higher education experience.  All EF requests and applications must be submitted via the EF application portal (USC login required). https://usc.scholarshipuniverse.com/
