The Norman Topping Student Aid Fund (NTSAF) provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Southern California. The scholarship is renewable each year, provided the student is enrolled full-time, maintains a predetermined grade point average, and fulfills all NTSAF requirements.
Exceptional Funding (EF) Program
The Exceptional Funding (EF) Program is a unique aspect of the NTSAF. The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to Topping Scholars & Fellows as they advance in their chosen field of study. The EF program encourages students to take full advantage of university-sponsored opportunities to enhance their higher education experience. All EF requests and applications must be submitted via the EF Application Portal (USC login required).
